What causes pain and how to reduce or eliminate it.
How to transform limiting beliefs and negative mindset about giving birth into positive and empowering ones.
How to replace fear and anxiety with confidence, calm and trust.
You will also get equipped with useful self-help tools such as breathing techniques, visualisation, relaxation and more.
Your choices you may need to make.
What an informed decision is and the importance of it.
How your birth partner can support you.
You will receive relaxation audio recordings to listen to during both pregnancy and birth.
